Essay on human cloning

Introduction (what is cloning?)

Cloning an individual means obtaining an identical cell from a cell or a nucleus of another individual. For a few years they have been obtaining cloned mammals, but only from embryonic very early cells, due to the fact that they still have not entered differentiation.

Arguments for

The scientists hope that the mother cells you use to create human people could open the way for new treatments for diseases that otherwise would be incurable, such as Parkinson's disease, cardiac diseases, Alzheimer's disease, paralysis, cerebral spillages and the diabetes.

Arguments against

The high rates of failures and the high morbidity of the cloned animals indicate that it’s not applicable to the human. Besides, the cloned animals present, apparently, high rates of disability and deformity.

Conclusion

I think that cloning human people should be used only in case the embryo had some disease, deformity or disability
